Hell is Other People but, not in the way you may think.

Our self perception only shows up when others are present. It is only through what we think other people's perception is of us that leads to shame. That is where the title of this episode comes in. Hell is Other People because we feel shame only when other people are around.

Success is who you know. But, success also starts in the relationship with yourself. How do you treat yourself? Do you compliment or criticize yourself? The most important relationship you are going to have is with yourself.
